Québec includes accommodations, all meals, 5–6 Spinal Flow sessions, meditation, breathwork, tapping and integration time. Costa Rica also includes accommodations and meals, plus 2–3 excursions, six Spinal Flow sessions, ceremony, breathwork, meditation, tapping and integration.
Payment options will be explained with the official investment and booking terms. Joining a priority list does not require payment.
