Privacy Policy.

This policy describes what Soulistic Vibes actually collects on this website, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here does not match what you experience on the site, tell us — we will fix the site or fix this page.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for a workshop, join a priority list, buy a program, or contact Jen, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number, when you choose to give it. On most forms the phone field is optional.
• Whether you asked us to text you. The SMS box is unchecked by default. If you leave it unchecked, your number is not used as a messaging destination — see section 4.
• Anything you choose to tell us in a message or an intake note about what brings you to this work.
• How you arrived — the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). These are kept in your own browser and sent with your form when you submit it.
• Payment information when you buy something. Purchases are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical information that any web server receives: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.

2. Advertising and Measurement — Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

This site runs the Meta pixel on every page, and it loads as soon as the page does. It sets the _fbp and, if you arrived from a Meta ad, _fbc cookie in your browser, and it reports your page views to Meta Platforms, Inc.

When you submit a form, we also send that event to Meta from our server (Meta’s Conversions API), so that Jen can tell which ads bring people in. What we send is:

• your email address, phone number, first name, last name, and, when we have them, city, state, postal code and country — each one hashed (converted to an irreversible fingerprint) before it leaves our server, so Meta receives the fingerprint rather than the value itself;
• your IP address and browser user-agent, which are not hashed, because Meta requires them in the clear to match the event;
• the Meta cookie values above, and which page and form the event came from.

Under California law and several other state privacy laws, this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We want to say that plainly rather than hide behind “we don’t sell your data.” We do not sell your information for money, and we never send Meta the content of what you write to Jen — but we do share the identifiers above with Meta for advertising measurement.

How to stop it. You can opt out at any time and we will honour it: email [email protected] and ask us to exclude you from advertising measurement. You can also block the pixel in your browser (most tracker-blocking extensions and Safari’s and Firefox’s built-in protection already do), and you can adjust what Meta does with ad data in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Blocking the pixel does not affect your registration, your access to anything you bought, or how Jen works with you.

3. Health-Related Information

Some of what you tell us — and some of what you read here — can reveal something about your health or your state. We treat that as sensitive:

• We do not send what you write to Jen to Meta or to any advertising platform. Only the identifiers listed in section 2 are shared.
• We do not build audiences or ad targeting based on a health condition.
• Intake notes and anything you share about your wellness journey are used only to work with you, and are seen only by Jen.

If you are in a state with a consumer health data law (for example Washington’s My Health My Data Act or Nevada SB 370), you can email us to access, delete, or withdraw consent for any health-related information we hold, and we will honour the request. We do not sell consumer health data.

4. Text Messages

We text you only if you ticked the SMS box on a form. It is unchecked by default, and if you leave it unchecked your number is never loaded as a messaging destination — that rule is enforced on our server, not just in the browser.

• Messages are reminders and access links for the workshop or program you registered for — not a general marketing list.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or affect your registration.
• We do not sell your phone number, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. It is included, hashed, in the advertising measurement described in section 2 — and you can ask us to stop that at any time.

5. Email

If you register for a workshop, a guide, or a program, we send you the emails that go with it — access details, reminders, and the follow-ups Jen described when you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop the emails you need for something you purchased.

6. Who Receives Your Information

We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described in section 2. This is the only recipient that uses your data for advertising.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects your payment and billing details directly under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security and delivery of this website. Server logs, including IP addresses, pass through Cloudflare.
• Neon — the database behind Jen’s client platform, where your registration is stored.
• Resend — sends our emails and delivers a copy of your form to Jen’s inbox.
• Google Fonts — this site loads its typefaces from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• The Soulistic Vibes app at app.soulisticvibeswellness.com, where registrations and bookings are managed.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

7. How Long We Keep It

Registration and client records are kept while you are working with Jen and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal records afterwards. Records tied to a purchase are kept longer because tax rules require it. Marketing contacts are removed on request. Server logs are short-lived. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

8. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it, except records we are required to keep;
• stop sharing it with Meta for advertising measurement;
• unsubscribe from email, or opt out of texts.

Email [email protected] and we will act on it. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are a California resident, these are your rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. If you are in the EU, the UK, or Canada, we honour the equivalent requests under your law.

9. Children

This website and these services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted, form submissions are validated on our server, and access to client records is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change what we collect or who receives it, we update this page and the “last updated” date above.
