Your body already knows how to settle — it has just been holding patterns long enough that they started to feel like home. Spinal Flow uses light, sustained touch along the spine to create space to notice those patterns and to support an experience of greater ease.

It’s not chiropractic, and it’s not massage. Nothing is cracked, nothing is pushed, and you stay fully clothed the whole time. You lie on the table and I use light, sustained touch along specific areas of the spine, the sacrum and the cranium. Then we get out of the way and give your body room to do what it already knows how to do.
You don’t have to force anything here. We simply create enough ease and support for the patterns you’ve been holding to soften on their own.
Nothing forceful, nothing rushed. We work at your body’s own pace, gently and without agenda.
We check in on how your body is arriving today.
Light, sustained contact along the spine, the sacrum and the cranium.
Quiet, unhurried time for your body to do its own thing.
So the work keeps integrating at home.

Request this sessionSpinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on wellness modality. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions, it is not psychotherapy, and it is not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional — medical, physiotherapy or chiropractic. If you are pregnant, recovering from a recent injury or surgery, or living with a specific health condition, please check with your healthcare provider and let me know before your session so we can care for you well.
When the session was over I felt really relaxed and open in my front body.
I felt lighter, with better alignment in my back, posture and head.
I wasn’t used to feeling that aligned.
Very gentle. You stay clothed and lie comfortably while I make light, sustained contact along your spine. There’s no cracking or forceful adjusting — clients commonly describe deep relaxation, softening, and sometimes waves of sensation.
Every body is different. Many people start with a few sessions to give the work time to settle, which is why the packages of 6 and 12 are popular. We’ll talk through what feels right for you at your first visit.
