Spinal Flow.

Your body already knows how to settle — it has just been holding patterns long enough that they started to feel like home. Spinal Flow uses light, sustained touch along the spine to create space to notice those patterns and to support an experience of greater ease.

The short answer

So what is Spinal Flow?

It’s not chiropractic, and it’s not massage. Nothing is cracked, nothing is pushed, and you stay fully clothed the whole time. You lie on the table and I use light, sustained touch along specific areas of the spine, the sacrum and the cranium. Then we get out of the way and give your body room to do what it already knows how to do.

You don’t have to force anything here. We simply create enough ease and support for the patterns you’ve been holding to soften on their own.

Safe, gentle, and yours.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on wellness modality. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions, it is not psychotherapy, and it is not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional — medical, physiotherapy or chiropractic. If you are pregnant, recovering from a recent injury or surgery, or living with a specific health condition, please check with your healthcare provider and let me know before your session so we can care for you well.

Questions, answered.

What does a Spinal Flow session feel like?

Very gentle. You stay clothed and lie comfortably while I make light, sustained contact along your spine. There’s no cracking or forceful adjusting — clients commonly describe deep relaxation, softening, and sometimes waves of sensation.

How many sessions will I need?

Every body is different. Many people start with a few sessions to give the work time to settle, which is why the packages of 6 and 12 are popular. We’ll talk through what feels right for you at your first visit.

When are sessions available?

In person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Choose an option above to see live times and reserve your spot.

Is Spinal Flow a medical treatment?

No. It’s a gentle wellness practice. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and it doesn’t replace medical, physiotherapy, or chiropractic care. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury, check with your provider and let me know beforehand.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, relaxed clothing you can move and rest in. You stay fully clothed for the whole session.
